Rondo

Rondo is a dark grape variety developed for cooler regions and is known for its early ripening and good resistance to fungal disease.

It is often used in red and rosé wines, where it can contribute colour, fresh fruit character, and structure. In a Nordic climate, Rondo is especially interesting because it can ripen reliably while fitting well with organic and regenerative growing.
