Cab Noir is a red wine made from 100% Cabaret Noir, with 2021 marking our first vintage. After 15 years, we have finally found the style and method we want to use to produce red wine here in Himmerland. Cabaret Noir is known for its fruity character with dark berries and a hint of spice. This wine has been aged in barrels for 30 months, enhancing its complexity and depth.

Winemaker's tasting notes

The wine exhibits a vibrant acidity, dark fruits, and a spicy character with notes of pepper. The green undertones add an elegant finesse that is typical of young wines from our region.
