Wine Tasting with Tour and Dining

Description

We begin at the winery, where we welcome you and introduce the vineyard. From there we head into the vines, where you will hear what it takes to grow wine in Himmerland and how cool-climate conditions shape both the challenges and the character of our wines.

During the walk, we cover grape selection, pruning, spring and autumn frost, and some of the small but important things that happen in the vineyard through the season.

After the vineyard walk, we continue into the winery and explain how we turn the grapes into finished wines, from harvest and fermentation to ageing.

We then invite you into our orangery, where the vines hang from the ceiling and create a relaxed setting for the tasting. Here you will enjoy a selection of wines served with snacks and tapas.

This experience lasts around 3 to 4 hours. You taste five different wines and enjoy a menu built around charcuterie, small dishes, water, and homemade bread, finishing with something sweet. Juice, soft drinks, and coffee can be added.
